Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. It takes effect immediately.

• In the Llum app: open the Account tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• On the website: sign in, open Account, and use the Delete account section at the bottom.

If your account has a password, you will be asked to enter it to confirm. Accounts created with Google sign-in have no password to enter.

Email us at marcogagliardi84@gmail.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and its data within 30 days.

• Your account details: email address, username, country, and your sign-in credentials.
• Your ratings, your watchlist and the movies you skipped.
• The taste-similarity data we derived from your ratings to recommend movies.

This cannot be undone. If you create a new account later, it starts from scratch.

Where the law requires us to retain certain information, we keep only that. Anonymised or aggregated data from which you cannot be identified may be kept for service improvement. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
